3D Design and Milling

3D Design and Milling

At Life Dental, we care about making you smile. That’s why we invest in the most modern dental technology, tools, and techniques to ensure that all our patients are receiving the highest quality dental care available on the market today.

Our 3shape scanner and 3shape dental system is a 3D digital imaging that is extremely accurate and brings out the smallest details which enable us to manufacture dentures that are highly accurate. Furthermore, as all your scans are saved on our system. In case you lose your dentures or you would like a spare, we can have another denture ready for you in under a week without the all the appointments (in certain cases 1 or 2 appointment might be need before finalising the denture).

3Shape Dental System

What does our 3Shape dental system do?

Denture design

The third-generation 3shape software makes it possible. Use Denture Design™ to design dentures in fast and accurate workflows and take advantage of innovative tools for adjusting denture occlusion and functions.

Denture DesignTM has been developed to improve the clinical performance and to reduce the time and number of appointments required for working on the patient during denture treatment.

Removable Partial Design

Removable Partial Design is a special software for virtual creation of removable dentures. The Dental SystemTM partial denture add-on covers all phases of design of rigid and flexible components of a partial denture.

Splint Designer™

Splint Designer™ to manufacture bite splints. The modelled splints can be manufactured with milling machines and with 3D printers.
